Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to initiate a return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund request was approved or not. If approved, any refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange request was approved or not. If approved, your exchange will be processed and shipped within a certain amount of days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Late or missing refunds
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received a refund/exchange yet, please contact us at hello@funkt.coffee.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Funkt Coffee Ltd, 1 Redcap Drive, Bridlington, East Riding of Yorkshire, YO16 6AL
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your return is over the value of £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
