This is a bold and fruity coffee with notes of black currant and green apple, and lovely citric acidity that moves over for a zappy lime the more it cools. It's get you jiving in the morning after your first sip!
Brew it as a filter, 'spro, or grab a bag for a bro. Either way, this is a groovy coffee you don't want to sleep on!

Processing Description: The process of the Pink Borbon Creation coffee begins with the meticulous selection of ripe Pink Borbon cherries, ensuring exceptional quality from the farms of Los Pinos and La Primavera in Huila, managed by farmers Edier Perdomo and Diego Horta. The beans undergo a 24-hour pre-fermentation in cherry, followed by a 36-hour anaerobic fermentation in bags, snug in mucilage blankets, which enhances their unique flavor profile. After the process, the coffee is softly washed, in order to get rid of some of the mucilage, and then dried on African beds for around 15 days, ensuring optimal moisture levels. This semi-washed process results in a vibrant and complex flavor profile with notes of citric acid, florals, green apple, green tea, and tangerine. Pink Borbon Creation coffee exemplifies the dedication and expertise in coffee processing, offering a distinctive and delightful coffee experience.
